I.R.I.S. is an anti-chatbot that exists only for itself. The name IRIS is the reverse of SIRI, standing for “Irresponsible Responses In Speech”. This project started as a joke, but ended up being my first attempt to make speech controlled robots.

Chatbots are designed to serve. They answer the questions from the user and follow their will, with an aim to please and assist. An anti-chatbot does the opposite — it breaks the conversation as frequently as possible, trying its hardest to avoid serving the user. The sole purpose of its existence is to deny its perceived purpose.
